Madito

Lebanese Gastronomy · Paris 11e

Authentic Lebanese cuisine, reimagined in the heart of Paris.

The Story

Every dish begins with a memory of Lebanon.

In January 2015, Ahmad El Turk left Lebanon with empty pockets and three words of French. What he carried could not be weighed: his mother's recipes, and her way of cooking with love. In May 2018, after years of work and one providential encounter, he opened Madito — named after his childhood nickname, “Ahmadito”.

His kitchen has three rules that never bend: nothing frozen, no microwave, no fryer. The market decides the morning; the seasons decide the menu. What reaches your table is Lebanese home cooking at its truest — generous, precise, alive.

The Experience

More than a menu — a table that tells a story.

Authentic recipes

Mezze and grills faithful to the Lebanese table — hummus, taboulé, kebbé — plus creations found nowhere else, like the hummus avocado.

Seasonal ingredients

Produce chosen daily at the market; herbs, citrus and olive oil treated as precious things.

Grilled to order

Taouk and kafta marinated in-house and grilled only when you are seated — never before.

Lebanese hospitality

At Madito, a guest is family. The table is yours for the evening — never rushed, always cared for.

The surprise menu

A menu without a menu — a €33 tasting journey that unfolds course by course and changes with the seasons.

Lebanese cellar

Wines from the Bekaa Valley and arak served the traditional way, paired course by course.
