The Surprise Tasting Menu

Chef El Turk composes the meal for you — a generous spread of cold mezze, hot mezze as they leave the oven, grills to finish, and the house achtaliyé. It changes with the market, the season, and his mood. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free journeys on request.
